Financial Planning and Analyst

Role Summary

The FP and A Manager will improve upon monthly and quarterly reporting and handle the operation and cultivation of data-driven planning processes. Administer the long-range operating plans to support business initiatives, drive world class strategic and financial planning methods, and develop rolling forecast processes to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop short and longterm financial plans and strategies, and create proposals to improve business performance
• Budgeting & forecasting: Create budgets and forecast, and analyze them to identify factors that may impact results
• Financial reporting: Prepare financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports for departments
• Data analysis: Gather, maintain, and analyze financial data, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, suck as those associated with investments or business decisions
• Decision making support: Advise leadership on financial processes and major business decisions including M&A
• Variance analysis: Identify why the company met, exceeded, or fell short of financial targets
• Financial modeling: Develop financial models to project longterm growth (build and own the company model)
• Business intelligence: Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports through Domo

IRNS, LLC (“IRNS”) is a recently formed roofing platform that began with the acquisition of On Top Roofing (“OTR”), a leading roofing contractor in the Intermountain West. With a strong reputation built over years of dedicated service providing high-quality, custom roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients, OTR is now positioned for significant growth. IRNS was formed to create a leading roofing provider across the select geographies in the intermountain region. The company’s revenue goal is at least $200M over the next few years. The platform will focus on expanding its capabilities and revenue across the repair and reroof segments of the market. To begin executing on that initiative, IRNS acquired Valley View Roofing (“VVR”) in April 2024 to add new capabilities and a greater Salt Lake City presence to the company. The company is poised for rapid growth in this essential home service.
