Role Summary
The FP and A Manager will improve upon monthly and quarterly reporting and handle the operation and cultivation of data-driven planning processes. Administer the long-range operating plans to support business initiatives, drive world class strategic and financial planning methods, and develop rolling forecast processes to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop short and longterm financial plans and strategies, and create proposals to improve business performance
- Budgeting & forecasting: Create budgets and forecast, and analyze them to identify factors that may impact results
- Financial reporting: Prepare financial reports, including monthly and quarterly reports for departments
- Data analysis: Gather, maintain, and analyze financial data, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, suck as those associated with investments or business decisions
- Decision making support: Advise leadership on financial processes and major business decisions including M&A
- Variance analysis: Identify why the company met, exceeded, or fell short of financial targets
- Financial modeling: Develop financial models to project longterm growth (build and own the company model)
- Business intelligence: Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports through Domo

IRNS was formed to create a leading roofing provider across the select geographies in the intermountain region. The company’s revenue goal is at least $200M over the next few years. The platform will focus on expanding its capabilities and revenue across the repair and reroof segments of the market.
