Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Superintendent/Project Manager to join our roofing company. This is a leadership position requiring strategic planning, budgeting, attention to detail, and effective management skills. Maintaining high business ethics is crucial.
Duties:
- Communicate with employees and subcontractors to provide job specifications
- Coordinate with office admin and subcontractors to schedule customer jobs
- Ensure subcontractors are performing work to meet company's standards
- Manage jobs within provided budget and track overall job probability
- Maintain installation calendar, coordinate crews and deliveries to ensure a timely install
- Visit jobs in progress and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to roofing project emergencies (leaks, damages, and urgent custumer concerns)
- Monitor roof installation to manufacturing specifications, contract terms, and the company's safety standards.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Extensive knowledge of roofing codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Budgeting skills to manage financial resources efficiently
Education & Other Requirements:
- High school diplome or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA Certification or willing to obtain upon hire
- 3 years of previous experience in a project management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work location: Most locations are wihin 50 miles of Park City, UT
