The HR Specialist/Recruiter role focuses on attracting and evaluating top candidates for open positions using various methods such as recruitment websites and employee referrals. Key responsibilities include creating job advertisements, screening resumes, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and negotiating compensation. The HR Specialist /Recruiter also initiates onboarding plans for new hires and facilitates orientation sessions, playing a crucial role in building a strong team.
Responsibilities:
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, administer assessments, and check references. Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, personality, and motivation while keeping them engaged throughout the process.
- Interviews: Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and collecting feedback. Manage relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
- Negotiating Offers: Discuss compensation, benefits, and employment terms with candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Onboarding: Welcome and integrate new hires into their roles and the company culture. Collaborate with departments such as HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure a smooth transition, providing the best possible onboarding experience for new employees.
- Building Employer Brand: Promote and enhance the employer brand of the organization. This includes showcasing the company’s values, culture, and employee benefits in various recruitment efforts and communications.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $50,869 $56,834
