The Position
As a Product Manager at Foureyes, you will drive ideation, development, delivery, and success of our software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and define product solutions, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution. You’ll engage with customers, internal teams, and data analysis to translate business needs into actionable product solutions that drive tangible customer outcomes and align with our product vision.
Responsibilities
Your mission is to successfully deliver valuable features to our customers aligned to our product vision and company goals. In order to do that, you will need to:
Identify, understand, and prioritize customer problems through market and user research, data analysis, and customer feedback
Drive a collaborative approach to solution shaping to decide how we should solve those problems
Build out clear feature requirements that set engineering up for success
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders on release and adoption planning to ensure the value built is delivered to and felt by our customers
Communicate feature updates and status effectively across the organization

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required- 2 years of experience in product management or related field, preferably at a SaaS company delivering an interactive product
- Experience working in an agile development environment and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of development/product life cycle and industry standards for user acceptance testing and quality assurance practices and procedures

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
