This full time Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor position is Monday-Friday day shift, 40 hours per week. The shift start and end times are flexible between the hours of 6:00am-5:30pm.

A Typical Day
As the Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the people we serve at On With Life enjoy a clean, well-maintained facility. You will oversee and assist with laundry and housekeeping for the facility. You will have support from both the leadership team at the facility as well as the Facilities Manager at our Ankeny facility. Our priority is to provide the highest quality of life possible for each of our persons served, and it takes the entire team to make that happen.

Essential Function Highlights
- Working supervisory position will perform and/or oversee housekeeping and laundry.
- Ensures facility is in compliance at all times with state and federal regulations and assists with surveys and plans of correction, as necessary.
- Works with people at all levels, must be able to communicate effectively with others, maintain positive relationships, and lead by example.
