This role will be pivotal in driving our brand's visibility and engagement through strategic influencer collaborations and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, a passion for sports and lifestyle, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and partners.
Your mission
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and partnership strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors that align with On's brand values and objectives.
- Create and manage influencer campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and events, to integrate influencer and partnership efforts into broader brand initiatives.
- Manage partnerships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with On's brand strategy and objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continually innovate our influencer and partnership strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and partners to ensure mutual benefits and clear deliverables.
