**Job Title: Videographer/Camera Operator Partner**

Our team is passionate about storytelling through visuals, and we are currently seeking a talented Videographer/Camera Operator Partner to collaborate with us on various projects.


**Job Description:**

As the Videographer/Camera Operator Partner, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals that enhance our storytelling. You will work closely with directors and producers to execute creative concepts and ensure the highest production standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate cameras and related equipment to capture video content for various projects, including documentaries, reality shows, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the visual narrative.

- Set up and adjust lighting, framing, and sound equipment as needed to achieve desired results.

- Maintain and troubleshoot camera and recording equipment before, during, and after shoots.

- Conduct location scouting and prepare for shoots by assessing lighting and environmental conditions.

- Edit and assemble footage, including basic post-production work, to create polished final products.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve skills and output.


**Skills Required:**

- Proficiency in operating various camera types and understanding camera settings and functions.

- Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and sound design.

- Basic editing skills with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience as a videographer or camera operator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Familiarity with different camera equipment and accessories.

- Previous experience in a collaborative production environment is a plus.


### Video Equipment:

1. **Camera**:

- A high-quality DSLR or mirrorless camera (e.g., Canon, Sony, Panasonic) with good low-light performance.

- Consider a cinema camera (e.g., Blackmagic, RED, or Canon C-series) for enhanced features and image quality.


2. **Lenses**:

- A variety of lenses, including:

- Prime lenses (e.g., 24mm, 50mm, 85mm) for shallow depth of field.

- Zoom lenses (e.g., 24-70mm, 70-200mm) for versatility in framing.


3. **Tripod/Stabilization Equipment**:

- A sturdy tripod for stable shots.

- A gimbal or steadicam for smooth, dynamic movement.

- A monopod for flexibility in crowded or tight spaces.


4. **Field Monitor**:

- An external monitor for better visibility and focus control, especially in bright environments.


### Audio Equipment:

5. **Microphones**:

- Shotgun microphone for directional sound capture.

- Lavalier (lapel) microphones for capturing dialogue discreetly.

- Handheld microphones if interviews or on-the-go reporting is needed.


6. **Audio Recorder**:

- A portable audio recorder (e.g., Zoom H5, Tascam) for high-quality audio capture.


7. **Windshields and Boom Poles**:

- Windshields for outdoor shooting to reduce wind noise.

- Boom poles for positioning microphones closer to the sound source without being visible.


### Lighting Equipment:

8. **LED Light Panels**:

- Portable, adjustable LED panels for versatile lighting options.

- Consider softbox attachments for softer light diffusion.


9. **Reflectors**:

- Collapsible reflectors to manipulate natural light.


10. **Diffusers**:

- To soften harsh light and reduce shadows.


11. **Battery-Powered Lights**:

- For shooting in remote locations without power access.


### Additional Accessories:

12. **Batteries and Chargers**:

- Extra batteries for cameras, lights, and audio equipment to ensure uninterrupted shooting.


13. **Storage**:

- High-capacity SD cards and external hard drives for data backup.


14. **Camera Bag**:

- A durable, well-organized bag for transporting all equipment safely.



**Compensation:**

This position offers a unique compensation structure, where the Videographer/Camera Operator Partner will receive a revenue share of 3-5% for all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project release.
