WHO YOU ARE
We’re small, but growing - and looking for an empathetic team leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who is a ‘DOER’ and ‘THINKER.’ Someone who is proactive, intuitive and has excellent time management and organizational skills. You understand how to hustle, and that it takes wearing many hats to get great work done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly. You deeply care about and take pride in your work, and are driven by solving client’s problems and transforming entire categories. Above all, you must be curious and inspired by the energy and camaraderie of an independent, small agency.
OUR CULTURE
Our Company Values define our culture and ethos - it guides how we work, what we create and who we grow with - and it’s important that all candidates review to understand what makes someone a good fit (go ahead, we’ll wait). If you live by these principles or can aspire to them, then you will be successful and thrive at ONA. If you feel this level of expectation and accountability is not right for you, or you’re not willing or able to engage with us at this level and take the steps necessary, then we are not a good fit for you. We understand that not every person is ready for this commitment, and we appreciate the honesty of those who decide this may not be the right place for them. Still with us? Let’s get into specifics.
