The classroom para educator will assist the classroom instructor in providing a rich educational environment and creative instruction. iReady, Library, Alternative Recess etc.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
Must use assigned District email for important communications (accommodations can be made)

- At least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent (documentation required)
- ParaPro test must meet or exceed Washington's qualifying score of 455
- Knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics; or
- Knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing, reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness, as appropriate; or
- Completed at least 2 years of study at an institution of higher education (72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher); or
- Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree.
