We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
· Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnosing electrical issues and ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
· Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal within the facilities.
· Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
· Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Work with logic controllers for automated systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
:

· Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnosing electrical issues and ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
· Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal within the facilities.
· Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
· Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Work with logic controllers for automated systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
Work Environment:
1. This position works in the machine shop environment throughout the workday; this environment may include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, vapor from coolant, etc.
2. Possible skin and inhaled contact with various sealants, paints, adhesives, and other chemicals may occur, as well as possible skin and inhaled contact with chemicals used to run CNC machines or clean manufactured parts, including solvents and MEK.
3. Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the Company, and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required.
4. Safety training is required and provided by the Company in accordance with applicable law, industry standards, and Company policy.
5. Work may be performed in an office environment or the manufacturing area of the facility which may require use of safety glasses and hearing protection.
6. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, noise, odors, fumes, vapor from coolant, etc. may also be encountered when in the manufacturing areas to varying degrees.
