Summary: Onbe’s legal team is seeking a Contracts Analyst who will primarily focus on contract management for deals associated with net new and existing revenue, working closely with our sales and account executives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, contract drafting, data input, tracking metrics, supporting stakeholders with process/tool navigation, updating templates and improving process effectiveness. The Contracts Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain appropriate input and approvals, including the legal department, sales, and various other business owners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and business savvy, excels at writing and project management, is able to independently manage priorities and multitask, and can partner with key decision makers to drive to successful outcomes.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1 day per week at our Buffalo Grove, IL location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted advisor to the growth organization in reviewing, drafting and analyzing contracts including master client agreements, statements of work, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements
- Manage contract lifecycle using CLM and CRM tools, including routing contracts for approvals, tracking progress, and ensuring proper execution
- Own the contract cycle from generation to signature to post-closing procedures
- Ability to follow legal playbook, escalate issues and work with stakeholders on approvals
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our CLM; support and contribute to ongoing improvement of the contracts process
- Track and regularly report on key metrics related to contract lifecycle management
- Ensure contract terms comply with legal department requirements and policies, in consultation with counsel
- Document processes and maintain files as requested
- Collaborate with sales, account managers and other key stakeholders to achieve contractual objectives, prepare new contract requests and/or respond to internal or external contract questions
- Manage rapidly changing or competing priorities, assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance demands with multiple deals in flight concurrently
- Mitigate company risk profile by spotting potential business, operational and legal issues
- Effectively and diplomatically communicate with interested parties, including internal and external clients
- Other projects and duties as requested
- 3-5 years of experience with contract drafting, review and legal document management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accountability and delivering results
- Demonstrated executive presence and professionalism in managing relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional oral and written communication.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Experience with a CLM tool and a CRM tool (Agiloft and Dynamics preferred)
- Fintech or payments experience preferred

Salary : $88,470 - $94,500
