Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations – Anaheim, CA (Onsite, 2:30 – 11:00 PM Shift)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS.
  • Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first.
Requirements:


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR 6 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 years in the aerospace industry with a strong understanding of technical and operational processes.
  • 1 year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.
  • Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
