Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations – Anaheim, CA (Onsite, 2:30 – 11:00 PM Shift)

What You'll Do:
- Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization.
- Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS.
- Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards.
- Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR 6 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2 years in the aerospace industry with a strong understanding of technical and operational processes.
- 1 year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.
- Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
