Join us on Friday April 11 and Saturday April 12 for a Hiring Event!
Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch is now hiring for 30 members to join our production team in Anaheim, CA. We are hosting a hiring event to interview candidates for the following roles:
- Mechanical Assembly Technicians
- Electronic Assembly Technicians
- Test Technicians
- Quality Inspectors
- Stockroom Associates
- Shipping/Receiving specialists
The details:
Previous aerospace or production experience is not required.
We provide extensive on-the-job training. Candidates that have worked with your hands and can follow written instructions are well-positioned for our roles.
Starting pay for all roles listed above is $23.75 per hour (day shift) and $24.46 (swing shift), per the union contract.
Day shift: 6 am-2:30 pm Mon-Fri
Swing Shift: 2:30 pm-11 pm Mon-Fri

Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world's leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.
As we are taking our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) work in-house, we are growing our production team!

When: 10 am to 6 pm on Friday, April 11 or from 8 am-12 pm on Saturday, April 12. Come any time within these windows that works for your schedule.
