Our Client, the nation's largest private academic plastic surgery practice serving Long Island and the New York metro area. is currently seeking a Medical Assistant.
The Medical Assistant will provide quality patient care by assisting our physicians within a clinical setting.
Responsibilities :
- Assist physician with patient examinations and office procedures (suture removal, set-up for minor surgeries, etc.)
- Clean examination rooms
- Ensure examination rooms are fully stocked
- Sterilize equipment
- Record patient and testing information
- Manage patient flow
- Dressing changes
- Logging specimens
