What You’ll Do:
As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your main focus will be on invoicing, collections, and general accounting, while also being cross-trained in expense reporting, payroll, and contract management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Handling collections to ensure timely payments and strong client relationships
- Providing accounting support across various financial functions
- Assisting with payroll and expense reporting as needed
- Supporting contract management and financial documentation
- Collaborating with the team daily to maintain smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
- Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for numbers and accuracy
- Communication Skills: You can professionally handle collections and client interactions
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility: You’re available for daily interactions Monday–Friday but can enjoy a flexible schedule (20 hours per week)
