Southeast Region Business Manager – Pulp & Paper Industry
Location: Southeast U.S. (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee) – Relocation Assistance Available
Travel: 50-60% within the Southeast region

We are seeking a Business Manager to drive growth, lead service operations, and build lasting customer relationships in the Southeast region.
About the Role:
As a Business Manager, you will:
- Develop & execute strategic business plans to expand service operations within existing and new customer locations.
- Lead a team of field personnel, ensuring excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage P&L, oversee budgets, and drive financial performance, including past-due receivables collections.
- Drive customer engagement by fostering long-term, high-quality business relationships.
- Ensure service excellence by managing preventive maintenance, optimizing contract performance, and exceeding expectations.
- Champion safety and compliance with all environmental and organizational regulations.
What You Bring:
- Experience in industrial automation, particularly Quality and Distributed Control Systems (QCS/DCS) in pulp & paper (Honeywell, ABB, Valmet).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant industry experience in paper mills.
- 5 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented, customer-facing role within a paper mill setting.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to translate technical issues into business solutions and present them effectively to customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills—coaching, performance management, and team development.
