Our Administrative Assistant Will:

Provide excellent customer service and ensures that all callers and visitors are welcomed and have a positive experience.
- Provide administrative support for the OnCare team by answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, monitoring communication channels, and faxing and uploading patient documents.
- Assist in ensuring the OnCare office runs efficiently.
- Build strong relationships in a positive team environment.
Our Administrative Assistant Has:
- 1 years of experience in a receptionist role (preferred).
- The ability to complete job duties with minimal oversight.
- The ability to communicate well in person, through email and over the phone.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of business software programs including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An active Driver's License with a reliable vehicle, insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
