What are the responsibilities and job description for the Holistic Practitioner position at OnCare Home Health & Hospice?

Our Holistic Practitioner Will:
- Provide holistic care and support to patients primarily in a hospice setting, focusing on mind, body, and spiritual healing.
- Develop meaningful, effective, and professional relationships with communities, families, and patients.
- Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning.
- Support other associates as needed to ensure a positive, team-focused work environment.
- Complete assessments, documentation, and training in a high-quality, timely fashion.
Our Holistic Practitioner Has:
- Training, certification and/or licensure in a recognized holistic health field (e.g. acupuncture, reiki, aromatherapy, etc).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of holistic health practices.
- Experience working with patients in a medical or wellness setting (preferred).
- The ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group.
- A valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and an appropriately insured and functional/safe vehicle.
