Retail Sales Associate

Our ideal candidate needs no experience but must have a great personality, is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Must have STRONG customer service skills. We have full and part time positions available. Needing day shifts, afternoon, evenings and weekends availability.

Full Time and Unlimited Availability - $11.00-14.00 an hour (40 hours)

Part Time and Unlimited Availability - $11.00-$13.00 an hour (30 hours)

Part Time and Limited Liability -$9.50-$11.50 an hour (less than 30 hours)

Pay withing these rangers will be based on performance, dependability, attitude, and knowledge on the business.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in preparing their orders
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Promote our business through social media
Engage to up sell customers
Up to date on current styles and trends

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
