Evening Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

We’re looking for more smiling faces to join our team! Our Sales Associates help promote all aspects of our sustainable business. It’s a fast paced environment and team members initially assist with a variety of tasks from tagging & hanging inventory, floor recovery to checking customer’s out when they buy and sell with us. All while promoting a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.

Then based on your availability, experience & contributions to our organization there’s lots of room for growth to advance to assisting with merchandising, buying & management. We have the following shifts to fill: 8am -4:30/5pm; 11am- 7pm & 3, 4 or 5pm- 9/10pm and new team members must be able to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month with Saturday's & Sunday's being our highest demand days so open weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with cash handling and cash register operations
- Prior experience in stocking and merchandising
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and product demos
- Willingness to work evening shifts
- Previous experience in a grocery store setting is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
