Once Upon A Child Odessa in Odessa, TX is looking for a full time hands-on manager to lead our 16 person strong team. We are located on 3141 E University Blvd. Our ideal candidate is professional, mature, self-driven, punctual, and hard-working with prior general management experience.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform all necessary store functions correctly
- Recruit, hire, and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
- Support and execute all buys as per directed process efficiencies.
- Manage all customer buys to ensure we maintain productivity and profitability standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a store manager - Minimum 2 years of management experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
