Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, assisting them with their needs, and promoting our products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
• Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
