Position Overview:

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you’ll help keep our store organized, stocked, and looking great while providing top-notch customer service. You’ll play a key role in managing inventory, maintaining a clean sales floor, and helping create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the sales floor fully stocked, clean, and organized with both new and gently used items.
• Work with the Store Manager to plan the store layout and make sure it's ready for each season.
• Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels, organizing the back room, and ensuring smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Train and support team members to follow store policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in planning sales events, seasonal changes, and markdowns.
• Input new merchandise into the system and communicate reordering needs.
• Help maintain a positive, customer-focused work culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
