What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Once Upon A Child?
Once Upon A Child is a totally new kind of resale for kids from newborns to tweens! We buy and sell gently used clothing, accessories, toys and equipment and give customers CASH on the spot for their items!
We're looking for someone to promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.
Assist store management in daily store operations, including managing and promoting the business through the Non-Negotiable Standards, handle the day-to-day operations of the store, and strive for solutions and alternatives in bettering the business.
Drive sales through the understanding of the business in regards to buying merchandise, selling merchandise, pricing merchandise and overall store merchandising.
Manage the store visual appearance to ensure it is organized, clean and meets all customer and brand expectations.
Must be 18 or older
