Once Upon A Child in Raleigh, NC is looking for an outgoing sales associate to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 6411 Triangle Plantation Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. *Directs customers by escorting them to our products. *Advises customers by providing information on products. *Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments *Promote FIVEstar rewards program *Tagging/Hanging merchandise and taking to floor *Working quickly and efficiently *Opening/Closing checklist *Assisting customers with getting merchandise *Talk to customers about Events we are having *Working on the floor/backroom straightening apparel and stocking
Qualifications

*Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal and math skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise *Able to multitask *Works well under pressure/busy times of the day *Able to lift 18 gallon totes *Team Player

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
