Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate reading tutor to join our educational team. We are looking for someone based in the San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert (Greater Southeast Valley) area of Arizona. The ideal candidate has a heart for students, is energetic, patient, and not willing to give up - even when faced with difficult cases. This role requires our tutors to be willing to work with students with disabilities, varying skill levels, and in some instances, behavioral issues. Candidates should have a dedicated work space in their home for tutoring sessions. In some cases, you may travel to the student's home for sessions. Our tutors must have a wide range of availability - we tutor both public school students and home school students. Home school students tend to schedule during school hours while public school students schedule outside school hours. If you are a retired teacher or a teacher who wants out of the classroom but still has a passion for students - we want to hear from you!
