Onco360 has an immediate need for a CRM Data Specialist. Remote Opportunity! Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. This will be a Remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time.

- Support the assessment and resolution of CRM (Creatio) cases
- Assist with Creatio support and specific enhancement projects
- Identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues and provide efficient solutions for the back-end database and Creatio CRM
- Data enrichment and deduplication:
- Manage data cleansing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
- Implement deduplication strategies leveraging technology.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying stale records and initiating updates.
- Automation and data quality management
- Develop and maintain automation for data validation and quality control.
- Establish and track KPIs for data remediation, ensuring continuous improvements.
- Work with internal teams to implement best practices in CRM data management.
- Collaborate with database developers to improve data collection and data reporting
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Provide technical/admin support and troubleshooting for end users
- Build productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and business owner
- Back-up for utilization of ETL software
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Education/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical discipline OR equivalent work experience required
- 3 years CRM Data Management experience required
- Pharmacy or oncology experience preferred
- Skills/Knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Creatio, Salesforce. HubSpot, or Zoho. Detailed oriented and display logical deductive skillset. Technician skills including familiarity with data analysis tools and advanced knowledge of Excel. Strong understanding of data governance, deduplication, and enrichment best practices. Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
