The position of the Manager Operational Processes will be responsible for managing the Queue Escalation process. The Manager Operational Processes will report to and assist the Sr Director of Trade Implementation and Pharmacy Operations with assigned projects as needed. The position of the Manager Operational Processes will be responsible for managing the Queue Escalation process. The Manager Operational Processes will report to and assist the Sr Director of Trade Implementation and Pharmacy Operations with assigned projects as needed. This role’s scope encompasses driving a variety of benefits for Onco360 including improvements to pharmacy operations, and process quality.
Manager Operational Processes Major Responsibilities:
- Manage the Queue Escalation process to ensure patients are managed and worked appropriately.
- Responsible for reviewing all outstanding patient charts for any process issues.
- Utilize various assigned reports to help identify business problems and or any processes issues.
- Provides a broad range of consultative services to review pharmacy processes and procedures to ensure they are being followed.
- Monitor all new therapy starts after a certain amount of days pending for any delays/gaps/roadblocks or any opportunity to assist with proceeding the referral forward.
- Strategize methods for increasing process improvement and or enhancements.
- Assist in any new drug launches as they will be implemented to the operation.
- Assist program managers in reporting to MFC for LDDs
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Manager Operational Processes Qualifications:
- Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field. (Not Desired but Preferred)
- Desired: Advanced degree preferred
- Work Experience
- Required: 3 years in the pharmacy field with Specialty Pharmacy
- Desired: 7 years’ experience in working in a professional services environment with internal client / stakeholder management, analytical skills, and issue resolution / management
- Skills/Knowledge:
- Required: Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem-solving skills
- Desired: Lean/Six Sigma Professional with a solid background
- Licenses/Certifications
- Required: Licensed as a certified pharmacy technician or related IT certifications
Salary : $62,000
