Onco360 has an immediate need for a Billing Customer Service Representative working out of our Louisville, KY location. Full Time position working Monday to Friday from 10:30am - 7pm. Position must work ONSITE.

Billing Customer Service Representative Summary: The Billing Customer Service Representative will support both the Advocacy as well as the Billing departments at the corporate office. The office clerk will be responsible for handling all billing statements and any other miscellaneous paperwork that needs to be sent to a patient. This includes and is not limited to mailing patient/MDO applications for financial assistance.

Billing Customer Service Representative Major Responsibilities:
- Triage phone requests for Billing and/or Funding mailings and fax documents.
- Logs Level 2 requests appropriately for assignment and/or completion by appropriate team.
- Assists with daily paperwork needs associated with Financial Hardship Program, Manufacturer Applications and Patient Billing related documents.
- Prepares and ships Manufacturer Applications and FHP Applications to Patients via FedEx.
- Keeps records and documents in patient profiles appropriately after sending FedEx applications.
- Compile, review and prep all Refund and Write off paperwork for approval and processing.
- Handles incoming Patient paperwork associated with Financial Hardship programs and Manufacturer applications.
- Files and maintains accounting records.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Education/Learning Experience
- Required: High School diploma or GED
- Work Experience
- Required: 1 – 2 years in office/administrative setting
- Desired: 3 years
- Skills/Knowledge:
- Required: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Behavior Competencies:
- Required: Detail Oriented, Strong written and oral communication skills
