The Accounting Analyst will conduct duties associated with payable invoices (logging, tracking payments, reporting and follow up) as well as be responsible for all drug receivables (logging, identifying, reconciliations and reporting). This position will work inside and outside of the accounting department to gather documentation, answer inquiries, provide analysis and assist in ad-hoc reporting for both Accounts Payable and Inventory Receivable issues.
Salary range starting at $53k an up depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
These objectives will be accomplished through the combination of executing on the strategic plan aimed at increasing the organization's contractual relationships to achieve the department's sales targets and budget contribution.

Accounting Analyst - Major Responsibilities:
- Log and track invoices from time of receipt through time of payment in excel.
- Provide reporting on paid and unpaid invoices by customer.
- Ensure proper payment documents are received for all new customers.
- Receive, research, resolve and communicate a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning payment status.
- Request and monitor completion and accuracy of vendor information changes.
- Track and record all inventory drug receipt quantities by reviewing packing slips daily.
- Reconcile drug receipts to internal inventory system for accuracy.
- Notify appropriate internal teams of possible receipt errors and/or returns needed.
- Record all new inventory receivable quantities during month-end close.
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to resolve invoice and inventory drug receipt issues.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Accounting Analyst Qualifications:
Education/Learning Experience
- Required: High School diploma
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
Work Experience
- Required: 3 years of accounting experience or 1 year experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting
Skills/Knowledge
- Required: Excellent Microsoft excel skills. Reconciliation experience. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and detail orientated.
