Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a DOD SkillBridge - Transitioning Service Members at Oncor Electric Delivery. The role will involve tasks related to phone etiquette, communication, customer service, customer experience, and sales. The position is based in Dallas, TX, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Must be a current service member about to transition
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Sales skills
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; military experience is a plus
