Audio/Sound Board, Graphics, Replay Tech, Video Director, Camera Operator
OAV is seeking passionate audiovisual and broadcasting professionals to join our 2025 video crew for a local Minor League baseball team in Grand Rapids. The season runs from early April through mid-September, covering all home games.
We’re looking for skilled team members to fill key roles, including audio technicians, replay technicians, graphics engineers, video directors, as well as those with camera operator and video engineer experience.

Requirements
- Audio and/or Video experience and/or education
- General knowledge of the game of baseball
- Ages 18
Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate job-specific equipment
- Communicate with crew to ensure quality broadcast
- Follow instructions from superior technicians and coordinators
- Clean audio and video equipment and store properly
- Diagnose, correct and/or report problems
