Camera Operator, Audio/Sound Board, Graphics, Replay Tech, Video Director
OAV is seeking passionate audiovisual and broadcasting professionals to join our 2025 video crew for a local Minor League baseball team in Traverse City. The season runs from late May through mid-August, covering all home games.
We’re looking for skilled team members to fill key roles, including audio and video board technicians, camera operators, camera directors, as well as those with sports production experience.

Requirements
- Audio and/or Video experience and/or education
- General knowledge of the game of baseball
- Ages 18
Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate job-specific equipment
- Communicate with crew to ensure quality broadcast
- Follow instructions from superior technicians and coordinators
- Clean audio and video equipment and store properly
- Diagnose, correct and/or report problems
