Candidates will actively seek out, engage with customers, provide appropriate Audio Visual solutions and assist with logistics coordination.
Job Description
The Sales and Hospitality Operations Coordinator will manage each step of the sales process for events at several of our partner properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role involves communication, coordinating event logistics, supporting administrative tasks, and collaborating with fellow team members to deliver successful events.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather detailed audio visual (AV) and event requirements for upcoming events.
- Prepare and deliver customized quotes based on client needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Manage invoicing and billing processes, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Learn and utilize sales operating software efficiently to manage quotes, invoices, and client communications while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support administrative tasks, such as updating sales databases and preparing event-related documents.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics such as lodging and transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, acting as their primary point of contact for planning the audio visual needs of their event.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent knowledge and computer skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Quickbooks experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
