What will you do:
Join our client's dynamic team as a Concrete Estimator, where you’ll take the lead in assembling high-value bid proposals for structural concrete construction, Tilt-Up, and industrial projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Provide quantity surveys and detailed concrete construction estimates, interacting with clients and playing a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contract documents.
- Develop and build business relationships with suppliers, formwork vendors, and concrete placing equipment and pumps.
- Be visible in the construction community, building business relationships
- Contribute to impressive annual revenue, with projects ranging from $2 million to over $10 million, with annual revenues exceeding $150 million

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience. A PE license is a plus.
- At least 3 years of concrete construction estimating experience in Tilt-Up, Concrete building frames, and industrial concrete projects.
- Ability to analyze concrete construction metrics, including labor production rates, equipment, formwork, and materials costs.
- A polished, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of cast-in-place concrete design and specifications, understanding how loads, heights, and spans affect costs.
