About the Job
As the front-line company manager, you’ll collaborate with talented construction professionals and play a crucial role in the pre-construction and construction process. You’ll interact with your project team, clients, and consultants, ensuring every project runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :
- Negotiating and writing subcontracts
- Overall contract management
- Monthly billings
- Scheduling maintenance and documentation
- Budgeting and cost monitoring
