About the Job:
Are you ready to take charge of groundbreaking projects? As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of large, complex projects, driving Ground-up Construction and repositioning Luxury Hotels and Mixed-Use spaces. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing contract/subcontract administration
- Scheduling, budgeting, costs, and monitoring of assigned projects
- Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Leading a project management team to secure new work and achieve project success one large project or multiple smaller projects.

Requirements:
- Experience in LUXURY HOTELS and Hospitality Projects
- Proven ability to promote the growth and development of Client and Subcontractor relationships
- Minimum of ten (10) years as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with subcontractor/supplier bidding, bid evaluation, and detailed estimating
- Strong local connections in the Charleston region are preferred
