As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). Position Summary
The Senior Accountant - Treasury position is an integral component of the Accounting Operations team and will provide support and other services to the HR, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and external audit teams. The Senior Accountant will primarily be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the reported balances for all Oncourse Home Solutions bank accounts and treasury related information ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and internal control environment.
Located at our office in Naperville, IL. our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Prepares journal entries and assists in the facilitation of the monthly close process for the Treasury area.
- Managing daily treasury operations and cash activities, performing cost-saving analysis of bank fees and making suitable recommendations
- Creating daily forecasts and cash position reports
- Assisting in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
- Analyzes financial results and variances, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the general ledger and
- Performs key account analyses and reconciliations, including the timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies and reconciling items.
- Manage bank accounts, credit facilities, including covenant calculations and financial statement requirements, and investments
- Participates in the annual audits and coordination with the external
- Interfaces / liaises with the Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Tax, providing information for accounting and reporting matters and assistance in interpreting and analyzing financial results related to cash, including payment gateway.
- Assists with special projects and initiatives to optimize the effectiveness of existing business applications, technologies, and systems and to build efficiencies / improvements into current business processes.
- Assists in the refinement and maintenance of the accounting / financial policies, practices, internal controls, and operating procedures to ensure the integrity of the Company's internal control structure.

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $68,500 - $99,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
