As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home, we safeguard essential systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surge protection, hot water heaters, and interior electrical components. Outside the home, we ensure the protection of vital lines, including water, gas, wells, sewers, electric, and septic systems. We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water / gas / electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water / gas / electric bill itself. Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for driving partner marketing efforts for key accounts at Oncourse Home Solutions.
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Growth, the Sr. Manager of Partner Marketing will develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans for our biggest partners - determining the right tactics, cadence, messaging and lead products for their markets. This includes optimizing proven marketing strategies, as well as proposing new channels / tactics to unlock partner growth.
This role will collaborate closely with Growth, Product / Pricing and Account Management teams to drive cross-functional marketing efforts and requires a GM-mindset to take ownership of all aspects of partner-level marketing strategy across multiple channels (including, but not limited to, direct mail, digital and social).
This role is based in our Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans at the partner-level - determine the right tactics, cadence, messaging and lead products for each partner market.
- For proven marketing strategies, tailor creative / marketing messaging to resonate with specific partners (and their customers).
- For new marketing strategies, develop a marketing innovation roadmap - informed by what we've tested in the past, what our competitors are testing, industry trends / shifts, and partner priorities.
- Create and implement co-branded marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that leverage partner strengths and expand market reach.
- Drive cross-functional efforts (with support from Marketing, Partner Management, Product and Pricing teams) to propose and unlock new marketing channels / approaches (for example : digital acquisition flows, social campaigns, PR / endorsements).
- Monitor and proactively manage partner-level marketing performance to understand which strategies are working (or not working) and guide decisions on future campaigns.
- Partner with Commercial Finance to build accurate campaign forecasts and ensure they reflect all aspects of the partnership (including competitive dynamics, and new marketing levers where proven).
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Pricing teams to align on customized go-to-market strategies to acquire and cross-sell / up-sell customers.
