POSITION SUMMARY
The Area Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple fresh food concepts in OnCue locations. The Area Supervisor will be tasked with managing kitchen personnel, maintaining and enforcing Company Policy, and cultivating a hospitable and team-oriented atmosphere.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Note: Primary duties and responsibilities are to be maintained 7 days a week.
- Assist Kitchen General Managers to ensure that each shift operates within Company guidelines to achieve food quality and standards
- Assist the Kitchen General Manager in seeing that the kitchen maintains cleanliness standards
- Provides guidance to the Kitchen General Manager on inventory for each kitchen per Company Policy
- Ensure that each kitchen locations equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Provides prompt and courteous service to all kitchen personnel and customers
- Advises and assists the Kitchen General Manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance
- Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director of Food Service
- Adheres to and enforces all Company policies
- Adheres to all city, county, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety codes
- Works agreed upon hours, including an on-call rotation
- Flexibility to cover shifts if necessary
- 24/7 availability to maintain kitchen operations
- Stays familiar with the Company Pricebook, Policy Manual, and bulletins
- Completes all assigned training
- Review video surveillance as needed
- Always protects Company assets
- Report and investigate all Company Policy violations, including but not limited to loss prevention violations
- Maintain Company vehicle
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in food service management is preferred
- 2 years of experience with multiple location management preferred
- Proven ability to mentor and develop successful team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Obtain and maintain food safety certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Basic understanding of Company best practices, financial and operational
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability and flexibility to travel as required by business needs
- Frequent walking required
- Continuous standing and repetitive arm/hand movement daily
- Lifting requirements include lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written practices
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Sufficient visual acuity
- Ability to work in above or below average temperatures for extended periods of time
