The OnCue Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drive Hand to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the cleanliness of our diesel fueling area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient refueling of diesel customers' vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized exterior store area and parking lot, including trash removal and equipment cleaning
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift operating hours and inventory control
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit goals, and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise
Requirements:
- Availability to work varied shifts, including occasional unscheduled shifts as requested or needed
- Ability to converse in English at an eighth-grade level, and understand instructions for operating electric cash registers and other equipment
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as moving up to 55 pounds, ascending/descending ladders, and tolerating exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
