You’ll be the go-to rep for engineered HVAC systems—serving contractors, engineers, and building owners—across some of the most opportunity-rich sectors in the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in Indiana—build and grow your own book of business with no cap
- Sell advanced HVAC equipment: air handlers, coils, energy recovery, sound attenuation, and more
- Call on engineers, contractors, and facilities teams to spec, sell, and support key projects
- Own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and consultation to close and post-sale support
- Act as a technical expert and solution-provider, not just a product pusher
- Develop regional sales strategies and track pipeline performance using CRM tools
- Partner with internal engineers and manufacturer reps to deliver top-tier project support
- Show up, win business, and represent the firm with excellence in the field
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven HVAC or MEP systems sales experience (2 years minimum)
- Must be independent, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Technical acumen to work with engineers and contractors—mechanical background preferred
- Strong presence, communication skills, and credibility with facility decision-makers
- Driven by numbers, client satisfaction, and long-term business building
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management is a plus
- Comfortable juggling projects, pipelines, and presentations in a fast-paced environment
- CRM proficiency solid territory management experience
- Must be based in the Indianapolis area with valid driver’s license
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000 – $150,000 (uncapped commissions)
- Ownership Track: ESOP – earn equity in the business over time
