Job Description
We are seeking a TS / SCI CI Polygraph cleared Linux Systems Engineer to support a critical enterprise-level identity and access management program. This role will involve understanding and enhancing the services provided to partner organizations, contributing to systems engineering throughout the product lifecycle, and leveraging both technical and functional insights to deliver solutions that align with customer needs. This role is 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Address and resolve operational challenges as they arise, conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues, and create a feedback mechanism for development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to monitor system metrics, assess system performance, and implement preventative measures to ensure reliable operation.
- Oversee deployments and serve as an SME on products, providing support and troubleshooting for automation scripts and playbooks as necessary.
- Manage multiple environments as a Linux expert, collaborating with Enterprise Services to maintain security compliance across applications and services.
