Duties

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality in food service.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and development to enhance team performance.
• Maintain compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Proficient in coffee preparation and knowledge of food service best practices.
• Strong background in food service management with an emphasis on hospitality.
• Experience in training development to enhance team skills and performance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately and responsibly.
