As an Automotive Reconditioning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our used vehicles are in top notch condition before they hit the showroom floor. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and reconditioning vehicles to meet our high-quality standards. If you have a passion for automobiles and possess the necessary skills and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough inspections of pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical and cosmetic issues.
· Perform necessary repairs and maintenance work to bring vehicles up to One Automotive dealership standards, including but not limited to brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, and other mechanical components.
· Address cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, dents and interior upholstery repairs, to ensure vehicles look their best.
· Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and dealership standards.
· Maintain detailed records of all reconditioning work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
· Work closely with other technicians and departments to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent is required
· Technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred
· Proven experience as an Automotive Reconditioning Technician or similar role
· Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
