Job Summary:
The Collision Center Customer Service Representative at One Automotive Group (OAG) One Collision Center is the main point of contact for customers of the Collision Center.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Notify estimators upon customer arrival
· Work with customers to determine communication plan during work
· Enter information into management system
· Notify customer if completion date changes for any reason
· Keys and RO are back to the managers
· Notify customer when repairs are complete
· Check vehicle repairs – trunk to trunk
· Collect balance due on repairs
· Vehicle delivery by estimator when customer arrives for pick up
· Send thank you letters
· File paperwork upon completion
· Always provide exceptional customer service and create ongoing relationships with customers
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
· Associates Degree preferred, but not required
· Three to six months related experience and/or training
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
· Friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Availability Monday – Friday 7:30am-5pm
· Energetic and ability to work in fast-past environment that offers constant variety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
