What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vivant Brewery & Spirits Line Cook position at One Beer at a Time?
Vivant Brewery & Spirits is seeking a motivated cook to join our from-scratch kitchen. Days, nights, and weekends are a must for availability. Our company strives to create a culture focused on personal growth, a sense of belonging, and free from harassment.
Skill set needed :
- Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.).
- Ability to understand and follow recipes.
- Work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to cook proteins to desired temps.
- Reliable in transportation and work ethic.
- Able to work cleanly and organized.
- Positive attitude.
Education : Minimum of 1-year Culinary Experience.
