About One Behavioral:
One Behavioral is expanding its outpatient behavioral health services by launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at our Friendswood, TX location. We are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Job Summary:
As an RBT at One Behavioral, you will work directly with clients in an outpatient clinic setting, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to help improve their communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and report findings to the BCBA.
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Work closely with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
Requirements:
- RBT certification (40-hour RBT training, competency assessment, and RBT exam).
- High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred).
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an ABA therapy setting.
- Familiarity with data collection software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
