Call Center Rep- Inbound Calls Only, NO SALES – PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITIONS ONLY (M-F, with shifts from 7a-5p).

We are looking for dedicated full-time employees to staff our inbound contact center. One Call Concepts, Inc. provides both technical and emergency damage prevention services for a statewide organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist excavators and utility companies in fulfilling underground facility locate requests through a variety of problem-solving techniques, including information collection, clarification, data analysis, research and validation.

We are an inbound communication service that accepts excavator and homeowner requests to have underground facilities (cable, phone, electric, gas, water, sewer, etc.) marked for excavation purposes to avoid damage to these facilities while digging.
Essential Job Functions
· Communicate effectively and create positive relationships with our callers, other CSRs, and supervisors.
· Question and process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria applicable to the type of call being taken.
· Accurately read digital maps.
· Have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Provide efficient, effective and excellent service to customers at all times.
· Combine knowledge of our FREE service, good work ethic, effective time management skills, and human relations skills to meet performance standards.
· Demonstrate an interest in maintaining public safety.
· Understand and apply new concepts.
· Ability to work effectively and independently in a home environment.
All training will be done in the office.
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or GED.
· Excellent telephone tact and diplomacy.
· Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry--must be able to type 30 wpm.
· Dedicated, quiet and secure at home workspace.
· Reliable high-speed internet.
· Must pass a criminal background check.
Chosen candidates will be contacted to schedule testing which includes REQUIRED typing test (minimum of 30 wpm), map-reading test, and spelling tests.
Testing and interviews are virtual and by appointment only, no walk-ins allowed.
