Day Time CSR Inbound Call Center (no sales/collections)

Position Description:

We have openings for Contact Center Associates at our Davenport, Iowa office.

One Call Concepts is looking for full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 20 hours) contact center associates to be responsible for answering incoming telephone and internet requests from excavators, homeowners or utility owners performing excavation in the various states we service. We promote and support a positive experience for our employees while working in a fast-paced environment.

Note: During the 2-3 week training period, part-time hours are not available. You must be able to train during the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with confidence and tact. This requires good oral communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation).
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively observe, listen and problem-solve.
• Cope with and diffuse stressful situations, control direction of call with tact and diplomacy.
• Computer skills required including general keyboarding.
• Must be able to type at least 25 WPM.
• Must have good attendance.
• Ability to work within a team or independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to cooperate and willingly put forth the effort to achieve group/individual goals.
• Knowledge of and ability to, work within the structure of a call center environment.
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule and maintain compliance.
• Ability to read & interpret documents such as policy and procedure, manuals and maps.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime based upon customer demands.

HOURS: Must be able to consistently work Monday through Friday, no weekend hours. Overtime will be required to meet the demands of our customers during our busy season. After training you will be scheduled an 8-hour shift, with the opportunity for overtime.

PAID TRAINING: We will be offering a 2-3 week training class, which you must be available for the entire class. Training classes are scheduled Monday through Friday, typically 8:00am-3:30pm (including a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch).

WAGE: Starting wage is $14.00 per hour. After successful completion of training, staff are reviewed for home set up.
